Key dates for the UK 2018 cricket season.
The men’s County Championship season began on 13th April and is scheduled to finish on 27th September, with each team playing 14 matches. Each county will play one day/night match spread over four rounds of the competition from June to August.

Twenty20 Cup 2018
The men’s Twenty20 Cup competition will be played in a block of matches in the same geographical groups as the One-Day Cup. Group matches will be played in a block between 4th July and 17th August, each side playing 14 group-stage matches. The quarter-finals will be played between 23rd and 26th August with final’s day on 15th September at Edgbaston.

One-Day Cup 2018
The One-Day Cup competition is being played in a block of matches starting on 17th May. Teams are be organised in two geographical divisions, with each team playing eight 50-over fixtures. Teams will play every other team in their division with the final group games scheduled to be played on 7th June. A series of play-off matches will determine the two finalists who will play at Lord’s on 30th June.
